Ordering your student ID card

I am a newly enrolled student. How do I get my student ID card?

There are three steps to getting your student ID card:

Take a photo of yourself
Fill out the online form and upload your photo
- see Problems accessing the student ID card form for troubleshooting
Collect your ID card

If you're studying a fully online course, you should apply for a Distance Education ID card.

Please note: Students studying single subjects with La Trobe or Open Universities Australia (OUA) Open Access are not eligible for student ID cards.
