Payment processing times

How long do StudentOnLine payments take to process?

OneStop and BPay payments normally take 3-5 business days to process, then you will be able to see it in StudentOnLine under ‘Transactions’ from inside the 'My Finances' tile.

International bank transfers take 8 - 10 business days to process.

If your payment is not reflected in StudentOnLine after these processing times, please submit your receipt to ASK La Trobe for a follow up.
