A 'Statement of Account' is your bill or invoice. You can see the:

• subjects you are enrolled in
• total fees due
• payments you have made
• payment methods
• Census dates for subjects

After you enrol or make changes to your enrolment, you will receive an updated Statement of Account to your La Trobe student email address within 24 hours. You can also generate a new Statement of Account in StudentOnLine from 'My Reports’ within the ‘My Study’ tile.

Please note, if you try to generate a new Statement of Account immediately after making changes to your enrolment, it may not display all of your fees correctly, especially Student Services and Amenities Fee (SSAF). Please wait for your updated statement to be emailed to you, or wait 24 hours to generate a new Statement of Account after making changes to your enrolment.

If you require a Statement of Account for subjects enrolled for the next calendar year, you will be able to generate one from the January of the next calendar year. For example, if you would like to generate a Statement of Account for 2024, this will be available via StudentOnLine from January 2024.   Otherwise, an updated statement of account will be emailed to you 24 hours after you make any enrolment changes.

View your previously generated Statement of Accounts any time in StudentOnLine under ‘Communications’ on the ‘My Details’ tile.
