Complete the online Discontinuation of Enrolment form. Submit the form before census date to avoid having to pay that semester's fees.

International student visa holders need to be aware that discontinuing your course will impact your visa status. Contact International Student Support to discuss your plans.

Depending on when you withdraw from your course you may be able to claim a refund or remission of debt.

Sydney students

If you wish to withdraw from your course, you wil need to make an appointment with a member of the Student Services Team to discuss the decision. Please visit our Before you withdraw page for more information.

Partner institutions

If you are studying through a partner, e.g. OUA, contact the institution directly to discuss course withdrawal.

Complete and submit the Withdrawal of candidature form available on the GRS Forms and resources page.
