Updating your details in StudentOnLine

My personal or contact details are incorrect on StudentOnLine. What do I do?

Personal details

To change your name on the La Trobe student record, complete the Amendment to Personal Details form located in the Forms tile in StudentOnLine and attach a screenshot of your USI and Australian Taxation Office (MyGov) details.

To change your gender markers on the La Trobe student record, complete the Amendment to Personal Details form located in the Forms tile in StudentOnLine and attach a certified copy of a document that proves the change. Contact details

You can easily update your address, personal email or phone numbers in StudentOnLine via the My Details tile under Contacts. Click the Edit button next to the detail you wish to change and click Save when you’re finished.
