I need a letter to prove my enrolment, study load or course completion. How do I get one?

Confirmation of Enrolment letters

You can request a Confirmation of Enrolment letter if you require an official record of your enrolment for an employer, government department or other organisation.

Graduate Research School (GRS) candidates can request a letter in our online payment portal.

The Confirmation of Enrolment will contain:

  • your student details (ID number, name, and address)
  • student status
  • course
  • campus location
  • commencement date
  • study period enrolment
  • subject credit points
  • equivalent full time study load (EFTSL)

You can also view and generate your Statement of Account to see what subjects you're enrolled in and the fees for the academic year in StudentOnLine at any time. You can also generate your unofficial academic record in StudentOnLine.

Course Completion Letters

Completion letters can be used to prove your:

  • completion status for permanent residency applications
  • completion or graduation details

If you require the completion letter to be certified by the University for the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT), please mention this under 'Additional Instructions' at the bottom of the order form.

Request a Course Completion Letter in our online payment portal.

If you are a Higher Degree by Research student please do not complete the online form. Contact the Graduate Research School.
